The Brief:  

Develop a launch video for The Town FC's new crest.

The concept

We worked with The Town FC to produce the club’s launch video for MLS NEXT Pro. The goal was clear: enter a crowded Bay Area soccer market with a strong point of view and a clear identity. The story centered on the idea of “What is a town,” building from Oakland’s nickname while opening the door for surrounding communities to see themselves in the club. The video framed The Town FC as a team rooted in the East Bay, built for local pride, and connected to the energy of everyday people across nearby towns. The result set the tone for the brand and helped audiences understand the meaning and purpose behind the name from day one.
